What Live Well & Fully does
Through Live Well & Fully, Barbara Decker LLC helps parents — most often mothers — of adult children struggling with addiction, mental illness, or estrangement. It provides education, live webinars, workshops, one-on-one and group coaching, and a private community, so parents can steady themselves and love their child without losing themselves.
All of it is grounded in the Love Another Way approach that founder Barbara Decker created: the shift from rescuing and controlling to boundaries, steadiness, and the parent’s own healing.

Barbara Decker is a Certified Family Recovery Specialist who came to this work through her own years inside her son Eric’s addiction. When she stopped trying to fix him and started healing herself, everything changed — and she built the company to give other parents that same path.
